PARD2 Series/ 2 DD Motor CNC Tilting Rotary Table
The Tilting rotary table makes it possible to realize any two-axis rotary positioning, which makes it easy to machine multiple surfaces of parts. Also, inclined surfaces and holes that form an angle between the normal direction and the axis can be machined with tilting.
The 4th & 5th axis (A/C or B/C) works in conjunction with the other X/YZ axes to realize 5-axis simultaneous machining, and the motion of these 5-axis includes both rotary and linear motion, which makes the machining more flexible. This function is suitable for handling complex workpieces such as impellers, blades, oil drills, etc., and helps to realize higher levels of machining accuracy and efficiency.
High-speed DD motor can be used to realize milling-turning combined processing by performing turning functions.
